Socio-Environmental problems of Barikab Industrial- Agricultural Park was solved

The Socio-Environmental problems of Barikab Industrial- Agricultural Park in Barikab which is located in Bagram county of Parwan Province, in a joint meeting attended by Honored Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani Candidate and Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, Respected Mr. Abdul Mahmood Karzai, Candidate and Acting Minister of Urban Development and Lands, officials of Capital Zone Development Department, representatives of Parwan people in Parliament House, Deputy Governor and representatives of government departments of Parwan Province, the representative of the people of Parwan in the Provincial Council, was permanently resolved.

Honored Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani Candidate and Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce stated; the Socio-Environmental problems of Barikab Industrial- Agricultural Park has been going on from three years till present and was an obstacle for the implementation of development projects of this Park.

Candidate and Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, welcoming the presence of respected Mr. Abdul Qayum Karzai, Candidate and Acting Minister of Urban Development and Lands, representatives of Parwan people in Parliament House, Deputy Governor and representatives of government departments of Parwan Province, the representative of the people of Parwan in the Provincial Council, He added, today we are gathered here to permanently solve the socio-environmental problems of Barikab park and accelerate the implementation process of this project.

At this meeting, Respected Mr. Abdul Mahmood Karzai, Candidate and Acting Minister of Urban Development and Lands spoke on solution of the Socio-Environmental problems of Barikab Industrial- Agricultural Park and said; the people whom have lands in this park will be given other lands to leave the Barikab Park.

Representatives of Parwan people in Parliament House, Deputy Governor and representatives of government departments of Parwan Province and the Provincial Council members emphasizing on the resolving of problems and the implementation of project on mentioned park, expressed gratitude for the efforts of Honored Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani Candidate and Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce in this regard.

At the end of this meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between MoIC, MUDL, Parwan PMs, provincial council members and leadership of Parwan for more cooperation in Barikab Industrial – Agricultural Park project.
