honored Mr. Abdul Karim Malikyar Acting Deputy Minister for Industry and Commerce has met with Mr. Abdul Mateen Qalandari head of leadership board of Ghazni chamber of Commerce and Investment on June, 29, 2020.

In this meeting, Mr. Qalandari, while appreciating the attention of the Ministry's leadership to various sectors of the private sector and trying to remove obstacles to the activities of businessmen and investors, mentioned some of the problems and challenges facing the entrepreneurs of Ghazni province and called for contemplation. Mr. Qalandari added; Despite the existing problems, the private sector is committed to investing, and soon we will be the witness of opening the largest battery factory worth of 10 million USD, to create jobs for dozens.

 Afterwards, Mr. Malikyar, while appreciating the investments in Afghanistan, reminded of the role of the private sector in the development of the country and said that the main goals of the Ministry is: Export Increase to transform Afghanistan from an importing country to an exporting country and to support the quality and quantity of domestic industrial growth. He added; Only with an active and committed private sector, it is possible to institutionalize the market economy system and standardize Afghanistan's exports according to the needs of global markets.
