Holding a coordination meeting to implement the Decree of the President Regarding the License Issuance under One-Stop-Shop

A coordination meeting was held in the Directorate of Investment Support of the Investment Facilitation Unit of the Administrative Organization of President General Directorate with the participation of representatives of the General Directorate of Central Business Registry and Intellectual Property (ACBR) of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and other government agencies.

In this meeting, the ACBR, which is responsible for implementing this decree; Has presented a report on its activities in issuing licenses under the One-Stop-Shop.

Ministry of Industry and Commerce, to comply with the decree of the High Presidential Authority on the issuance of licenses under the One-Stop-Shop, has established a central registration service and prepared a policy for the distribution of licenses under the One-Stop-Shop.

General Directorate of Central Business Registry and Intellectual Property of this Ministry to implement the presidential decree with a large number of ministries and government departments, distributing activity licenses, has signed an MoU on the distribution of licenses One-Stop-Shop.

Currently, many government ministries and administrations, which are distributing activity licenses, have opened an office in ACBR to start their activity under the One-Stop-Shop.

Ministry of Industry and Commerce, to implement the decree of the High President on issuing licenses under the One-Stop-Shop; Starts the process of issuing business licenses through online services.
